Behind the Cover of Vogue

Maggie Rodriguez spoke with filmmaker R.J. Cutler and Vogue Editor-at-Large Andre Leon Talley about the upcoming documentary featuring Vogue magazine's Anna Wintour.

The documentary premiered last night in New York City and was a star-studded event. The film's worldwide release is set for September 11, 2009. Ugh! I wish they would show it down here in Florida!!

Another season, another designer... I def think H&M has discovered their very unique niche that will keep their customers coming back for more every season. Jimmy Choo is the latest designer to pair up with H&M and not only will this collection include shoes and handbags but clothing as well.

Beetle Juice was on television the other day... :) Oh how I love that movie! Tim Burton is just a genius... I adore all of his films especially Batman Returns!!! RAWRR :) LOL Okay anywayzzzz... I noticed something very interesting...  It was the scene where cooky Delia Deetz played by Catherine O'Hara is talking to Charles and Lydia at the dinner table and she's wearing a pair of leather gloves tied on her head... Well does that look familiar to you??? Yup it sure does... from Dolce & Gabbana's Fall 09 collection... Even though their main inspiration was  Elsa Schiaparelli "The Queen of Surrealism" Delia Deetz was very much into that as well... hmmm I wonder if they popped in Beetle Juice for inspiration... :)

Kate Moss Summer Collection

Okay seriously... Kate Moss can have a bag over her head and still look stunning. Her latest collection for Topshop was inspired by her own wardrobe and pieces that she can wear to festivals and on holiday. I also think their inspiration came from the jungles of Central and South America. The jewelry is very bold and the colors are striking. Kate Moss is an Amazon Princess. H&M HAS HEARD S.FLORIDA'S PRAYERS... ALMOST

Last month I wrote about H&M totally lacking  in South Florida--> H&M H&M H&M and yesterday I was doing the usually... you know... surfing the web... looking for internships and I decided to check out H&M... I went to their jobs section and THEN saw they were hiring in Florida! I clicked it of course and it read Orlando Florida... (wamp wamp) I live 3 1/2 hours away!!! It's no biggy though... I'll just gather some close friends and have a ROAD TRIP!!  lol  At least H&M is def heading in the right direction... I just hope next time they will aim a little bit lower :)

Hellz is def taking it to the next level n not just producing screen tees like everyone else... but showing different silhouettes and color palettes. TWO THUMBS UP!

Alright... I'm not really a Lady Gaga fan but these pictures are HOTT... Styling, shapes, colors, hair, and the location are right on point. I really like how her hair isn't stick straight and has some movement. Even her clothes appear softer but still show shapes, opposed to the 80's shoulder pads she usually rocks... Btw the shoes in the last pic are soooooo fierce... and I'm really feeling the puff sleeves in the 1st pic.

Nicole Richie a Clothing Designer?

Yes Kiddies! Nicole Richie is going to be debuting her clothing line Spring of 2010. No word on the name of the line but will include apparel, shoes, bags, sunglasses, and small accessories... Hmmm I can picture the apparel right now... long empire waist dresses and wild prints. It said that she is doing all of the designing herself.
